Players cant connect

Players are having problems connecting to my test server, I dunno why, but I assume it's because I didn't set my net up to allow connections or something (I'm no good at this).

Well anyway, I can connect using the same ini & exe as others.

If you need to know, I have a router which I recently added the following to the settings:

Dunno if that's got anything to do with it, but just incase I miss something..

Also, I can't get Leocrashers siggystatworking, if that's related to anything.

make sure your server files ip's are set to your internal ip for example the same ip as you have forwarded, there are a few bits in the files which will need your external ip i cant remember the ones sorry bud.

is 192.168.0.117 the ip of the pc with the server running on?

Yeah jasper it is, but I have no idea if i've done it right, because leo's siggycount is port 3000 + 7000 yet it's still telling me my server is offline with 0 players.

Probably the same reason why players cant connect?

I'd tell you more if you left your IP.

If my siggystat is telling you the server is offline though, then its probably because the port is closed.

Remember, it is often a case of port forwarding AND setting firewall rules correctly. Make sure you have allowed the ports both on your routers firewall and the one installed on your system.

Yup players can connect too.

Problem was: I didn't allow the ports in my windows fwall -_- lol

unch: Say to us if without ur router server work corectly? Some1 can connect to ur test server? Maybe is not the problem in ur router setup. Anyway i advise u first time to try to let all ports open , and dont make restrictions in there. No more info coz i was warnned by banning!!! :)):tongue1: :middle:

When i tryied tho upload the URSU.jpg file give me this error:

Wrong file type
File Type: image/pjpeg

Please try to make yourself clearer when typing posts.

The image will not work inside the image tags because it was never uploaded (it doesn't exist on my server).
It was never uploaded because the filetype was not accepted.
The filetype was not accepted because it was not a jpeg or png.

To upload your image, first covert it to a jpeg or png.

You will also need to change the server, since MIR2-DOOM has never sent me playerstats.

In future, please start a new thread or PM me when you have an issue instead of hijacking others threads .

Ok Leo i understand what is needed, and i write here ....coz i see at ur options :siggystatus and i try it, but I have some mistakes. Ok Leo tnx again for help, anyway and me i try to help other guys.
