yeah and maybe the constant TDB should be looked into :P

you shouldn't be able to spam a spell that puts you near a another player.. like decoy that has something stupid like 5-8 secs between casting and changing place

There's 2-3 seconds between casting while it recharges, how much of a delay do you want?

Was just asking. an assassin uses shadowstep. and hes instantly 2-3 seconds away from the player chasing him. By the time u get to him hes gone yet again. Just thought id query it

Lol yeh sure the insta slow the frost crunch that slows about 1/8 and does 30hp damage -_-
