Wish people would stop talking out there arse, your fps only affects your refresh rate of images its what allows you to see whats going on those few precious millseconds before. Your ping/latency is what I the main factor, unless someone is cheating.

Dxtory isn't very accurate.

Run FRAPS and you'll see it's locked to 60
