Should Foundation 1.4 return? (Again ;))

Well, as you all know, Foundation was my 1.4 server (HAS NO CONNECTION TO 1.9 FOUNDATION... AT ALL)

Its come and gone a few times (I suppose that's the only connection to the 1.9 haha).

Well, what do you all think?

I have some one willing to host, so i should get it up pretty quickly.
Full Reset?
No reset?

What should change?
Should anything change?

It will be well run as last time. NO corruption. the only form of any corruption is i play as a normal char... and obviously i knoew all spwns/drops :P.

No GM leveling chars
No GM giving items
No GM rev'ing bosses
No GM helping kill bosses
No GM spawning (unless an event ok'd by my self)

What y'all think?

High exp. rares are rare.

Semi rares like Drings, Plat, ruby, gaxe, serp staff spell brace kbrace ssb ec t ect can drop of normal mobs.

rares like maces dss para bosses only.

Harvest hens/deer and sell meat to shop.

Ooo, yeah, bring it back up, with a Full reset, to give everyone the same chances of being highest level and things. Will it be like the first foundation? Or the one that was up last time?

Na first was fair for each class, and you needed groups to kill bosses harder than ZT. On second one, taos could solo any boss and war / wiz couldn't solo anything.
