I voted for No commision charge because if the server has problem with too much gold, then gold sink like this one won't save it. Once items change hands for 50 or even 100 or 200 mill and more, then for pple in that wealth bracket (who have tens or even hundreds of millions) the 10k listing fee will be inconsequential for them (because it doesn't scale up, is not progressive) - BUT the poorer folks will be beat by it.
The well off pple are always much less numerous than those who don't have much and this measure will be mainly sink for the more numerous poorer folks.
I'd liken such listing fee to political right wing measure which which doesn't hurt or dent the rich and only hurt the poor and the poorer they are, the more they get hit by it. That's how political right wing policies always work by definition and this is no exception. Sorry for pulling in rl stuff, that was just to make it more clear.
The commision (steeper the longer you want to list the item for is OK because it scales up and doesn't hurt pple with little gold and allows them to sell junk items (remember as someone already said - one man's junk is another treasure... or something to that effect. And as also said, the items are bumped off anyway after at most eight days or what it is, they won't stay forever, like it was on usa TM for example.
Actually, as I suggested elsewhere, we should have second TM that would keep the items in forever but with limit of some level of items - like you couldn't list there items level 30+ or something like that. Point is when someone starts a new char down the road half the year later they will gladly buy that +1dc skelly ring etc etc but by then with most pple being past that level they won't bother listing low level items but leave them rot on caves' floor
