no, it shouldnt. it doesnt hurt and its a defensive skill. really its only used in two situations in pvp:
1. if the warr is getting ganked 3v1 or more, and if this is the case im guessing youre pissed because even though the numbers were in your favour you still couldnt finish him.
2. hes dashing you to enable him to land an extra hit or two, which with the lack of attack speed on here for warrs only has little advantage anyway. plus it takes skill/timing when dashing ranged classes, so again id say he probs is already fairly good at pvp if this is whats happening.
it doesn ruin pvp at all, youre clearly just annoyed because youve come up against a half decent warr. i'd say its you who needs to 'learn2 fkin fight'

when a warrior can constantly sd u so u cant attk somethings wrong with the pvp system. along with wizzies with no mc hittin 100+ easy with lightning and warriors having perma tdb
Maybe everyone will roll warrior and cause the prices of weapons when they finally drop to shoot to ridiculous prices 
That's not why people are using it so much. It's because of the displacement bug. It glitches people when they are dashed while running. Same with all repulse spells at the moment. Does need fixing.

It's fine, always has been. The reason you, and anyone else is annoyed is because you're a lowbie and SD gives that player the advantage. Anyone who's played Mir for a decent amount of time should not complain about this and should know better. If you don't like it, level.
And if you want reasoning:
1) All classes have some kind of rep / moving enemy ability which all cause the same amount of hassle and annoyance for everyone lower than them. In fact, archer's is probably the strongest PvP wise as it can really cause problems from range.
2) If SD had a CD then warriors would be worth so much less in PvE.
3) You get dashed / rep'd because you're a lower level. It's not wrong that higher levels should be stronger than lower ones as they've obviously put in more work.

The skill should not have a cool down BUT the fact that you get STUCK if a sd(or any repulse) catches you while your moving is WRONG it might have always been like this, that does not stop it from being a BUG/GLITCH to sd in pvp every 2 seconds in hope to take advantage of a glitch is BUG EXPLOITING.
So please dont try and justify bug exploiting by saying its always been like that.. Open your eyes and stop being sheep.
Slavery used to be "OK" because it had always been that way...
People used to flame and kill those that pointed out that it was wrong....

No, and calm your tits.
There are conditions to get the "dash bug" so getting them isn't 100% guaranteed. Also you can move out of dash bug by moving to where you should be. In 90% of cases you should be able to see where this space is, its up to you to make it though or tt.
Don't even suggest removing spells from the game.

I compared peoples inability to see that something "that has always been" can actualy be wrong..
The example of slavery is something that i believe everyone can relate to as they should have been taught this during school. A prime example of a majority thinking something was ok because it had always been....
The inability to think for themselves or see that a change could actualy improve things is a common occurance on this server.
People are so quick to relate back to euro mir, or refference a bug that is now "acceptable" because its been around for years.
Its shameful to read.. it really is. I do also question the IQ or perhaps mentality or upbringin of many of these posters.

I'll add something relevant: There was a server that had @ref where when you typed this in, you'd be refreshed on the spot you were on if you were ever displaced.
Was a simple solution, I'm sure Sam could implement something similar.

This option you mention does not fix the problem it just papers over the cracks. that never leads to a good structure.
