I've got over 1TB of Movies/Games/Apps on a shared server we use for LAN events, I would screenie it but one of the members is borrowing it atm.
There are a lot more than that though, (ISO's and cracks only, no other data) (installs go onto our pcs obviously).
If I could be bothered to copy all of my dvds onto my computer that'd be another 100gig or so, games too (although around 500gb) we erase any dating games, put them onto cds.
I'm taking a while guess here, but I say that's 30%+ more of what the actual line is, assuming absolutely no one is using it and they don't control bandwidth.
Could be possible, 17mbps on a non-standard corporate line which can go up to 100mbps in the UK (I THINK). 17% line usage on a download sounds about right, taking into account the factors urban listed.
