Simple WIL editing of that particular movement with one that has hair will do the trick.

Suppose I could edit the WIL myself and post it lol

We don't use .wil libs, that's the issue.

Shanda stream some of their images, removing them from the libs so its annoying for people like us to rip. We currently cannot import images to the wzl libs so would require us to move all the images over to our paks. Which I'm not saying isn't an option, it's just more hassle than you may think.
