Since the new patcher Im lagging out every 5 minutes

I've been having the same problem

@Sam, it's not GFX lag, I'm running i7 4770k haswell chip with a GTX765 8GB Ram

I get no lag. It's just the disconnections that's the issue

I can't even get ingame. I run the autopatcher - it then runs and downloads the new mir.exe - I load the game up and it gets to the 'please wait..' and as ingame appears the application closes and the mir.exe disappears. 08/02/2014 19:37:38 Access violation at address 004F747D in module 'mir2.exe'.
