It's all a bit pathetic to be honest.
I, as a lot of people, have experienced some abuse from people on this game that I find 100 times worse than an ISIS joke. If everyone was to post their evidence and the same action was to be taken like this case, I think the user count would be much smaller.
Unless you are planning to take similar action to any future / past reports of abuse / offensive behaviour then I think an unban and a warning is fair.

If it is true that you deliberately named yourself after someone who joyfully beheaded non combatants and tried to gather like minded people to yourself then I bet a lot of others complained about it. Probably a democratic decision on behalf of the rest of the players not a decision made by the staff because they woke up in a bad mood.

If you bothered to read my post as a whole and not just pick holes, it would be quite clear to you that I am talking censorship as a whole, not simply comparing a terrorist to a porn star. The person in question was banned for something that MAY be deemed offensive by some, likewise characters named after porn stars may also be deemed offensive by some.

Well there are no innocent parties when naming a character... Surely when they enter the name they should expect that someone may find this offensive. They have made the name with "intent" to cause offense.
