Whilst turned on give it more effect, dc+1 per lvl acc+1 per lvl amc+1 per level. But if a war wants to mash tdb which is plenty powerful enough then you should lose the stats which come from a spell designed to help you through the grind.

What class do you play?

TBH agree that if you dont want slaying you should have never f'ing learned it. Yea its a **** skill at high level but its still a skill. That would be like me being able to turn off and on the ability to drive. Doesn't help anyone but me unless I need an excuse.

Every war playing a war for a long period of time knows slaying is necessary low level but has huge draw backs high level. Still seems to yellow more often than my FD.

TDB (as well as doubleslash? but fatalsword hits with it so not as big as a problem) seems to not hit twice randomly any way a lot on mobs (it's not an accuracy thing either). I'm assuming this was done because of this bug.

Also: not sure why warriors should be punished for simply having a spell that was never made useful? I'd rather slaying be reworked into something useful personally so it was worth having on.

Pretty sure slaying gave accuracy?

If you knew it was useless why learn it. I know 3 warrs that didnt learn it specifically to skip the slays.

Ok since people wanna moan , remove sins accuracy spell since they are supposed to be gemming or wearing sharp bracelets to get that on their kit and sacrificing dc not get it free. Also remove sins aspeed spell as thats unfair too since they dont need galekit to reach the capped speed. See how ridiculous these moans are getting? Anyone can do it. All this is doing is make the team not take legitimate queries serious.

P.S. before some clown jumps on my post about the sins bit i wasnt being serious, just giving a example of how easy and stupid these moans are becoming.

I can't say if this toggle thing is over-powered or not, Warriors now (the kitted ones) are flat out brutal... I've seen multiple people die in the past couple of days before they've even been hit on my screen (or theirs) sometimes by a 1-shot or sometimes 2 shot by TDB Swings.

I suppose the problem is that the scenario regularly occurred where squigy players are saved by a TDB/Slaying combo, actually giving a person the time needed to react & escape and count there lucky stars & now that scenario is dead with the Slaying Toggle it's going to annoy a lot of Wizards/Assassins/Archers/Maybe Taoists who get 2 hit - especially at later levels when Warriors are very solid and can tank multiple attackers with ease compared to every other class.

I think at the very least they should have sorted out this Cast/Walk issue before buffing melee, as that's currently horrible for a casters gameplay when fighting melee... Cast a spell & miss then you're forced to walk a few steps before you can run away, ultimately you just to get smashed in the face by a TDB & have to RT.

The global cooldown on skills also makes life hard on casters - Basically the melee gameplay is extremely fast and fluid while the Casters gameplay is extremely slow due to this cast>walk & 1.5 second global cooldown.

It really isn't. It's the most clunky it's ever been on Mir in 14 years on this server. You cannot shift run properly on here, it slows you down. You cannot tap shift when you're next to them as it's so unresponsive you have to pull out a hammer and smash the button. If the melee system wasn't this clunky, then I'm sure the casters wouldn't be so clunky - but this is how Samuel wants the game to be. Supposedly it adds more skill to each class when your character randomly stops infront of another and instead of taking a swing just sits there looking like a spack.

Why would they do that to the Apple Engine!

Not a dig at the server by any means. I think it's a great server and Samuel has done a fine job. I just feel like the way he's designed melee pvp is too clunky for most peoples liking. It takes a lot of getting used to and even getting used to it, you get very awkward situations where you're just standing there, holding shift, and nothing happening (looking like a spack)

The same problem persists for casters, they can't auto-run any more same with melee so if they miss a spell they're punished more than usual.

It works, don't get me wrong, but because it's vastly different to what everyones used to (but in a way the clunkiness balances itself out for melee and ranged alike) then people complain.
