Slotted items seem too rare, i cant even remember the last time i had one, and then it was on a useless trash item. Seems like it could use a tweak, and make some of the more worthwhile stuff have a chance of it.
I dunno if slotted weaps are possible, but it would be nice, there doesnt seem enough scope for "uniqueness" beyond the poor refine system or the odd gem.

I had a 3 slot bronze axe from bone elite. So weapons are possible. Also slotted items drop a lot more often than you would think. White boars in ST / RedMoonValley fake 5th evil apes / PT4th general mino mobs. I have had lots of 3 slot items from those places. Happy hunting.

I've had 3 slotted items drop from trash mobs in about 3 weeks.
Skeleton Helmet with 2 slots
Archer Armour with 3 slots
Death Gauntlet with 1 slot last night.

It seems fine.

Slotted were a Acem2 invention and a really good idea on a high rate server.
Don't think they belong on a low rate and should be as rare as they are.
Changing the runes if it can be done should have a chance to break item like gemming.
Maybe add a risk of breaking to putting the rune onto the item too.

All this justs leads to everyone being a clone of each other. Theres not enough variety of items in mir. like when you hit 40 theres 1 armour or 45 etc etc etc.
