Then they need to fix their GUI.

2 doesn't apply when u have 3.

Yeah, what I am saying is the GUI is misleading.
As that to me shows 2 set piece gives +2 AS
then the 3 set gives +4 AS and dc 3-3

It shouldnt have the (3) set increase attack speed +2.

Wouldnt have wasted my money on the ring if I knew.

They should make it so if you wear 2 sets, 2 rings, 2 brace, 1 neck you get 4 aspeed, tbh smash items holding a decent value on Apoc and are pretty rare so i wouldn't see a problem with giving +4 with 2 sets.
