sounds familiar m8 tht excuse was used by lyncus after the donations he got at least u not take donations but still happens alot shame was fun server aint lvling again funny actually i said today in guild chat wonder when wipe is rofl so predictable

Just because the formatted don't mean server will go, Just means I'll redo it. I'm pissed off too you know, I spent ages doingthe DB and rescriping scripts ect, Didnt even have the time to back it all up.

sorry Smaug but i find it strange that 1 people hv said this is lync server under a diff name and 2 you both get the same msg, its a tad odd, nothing acussing u of nething as have not taken donations yet but its just odd,

I have emailed them, waiting for a reply. Even if they do I think they should have asked before they reformated.

Cheats will always be cheats, no matter what server they try they will always be there and they will be the same people everytime.

The biggest problem we have as server owners, is trying to monitor what cheats are being used. The most common one is the speed hack, this is what causes teh server to crash and be unresponsie. To the point we have to reset everything.

Cheats will neer prosper no matter how hard they try. So just think that next time you ether lag out badly or cant connect. Its most likelly down to a cheat............

I wish to offer some advice to the Server owner in light if what you said Happened. You should always work on your Test server to make sure everything works as you want it to and then upload the files to the host. The other thing is there is an Automated Way to Back up SQL - you would then download the files to your PC and in turn would have a complete 100% Backup of your files always.

I am guessing you have learned the hard way that without backups, things like this would happen.
