You guys have a server where nowt is kept in the shops when you reboot. If you had kept everything in the shops, everything up to lvl25 would be in shops, so there it is.. crack on.. personally sick of people 'selling' lvl 22 arms coral rings etc.. the population is averaging 25 now surely, so stick all that stuff in the shops already? The only thing causing the 'rareity' is you rebooting, nowt to do with the server..

Shops are simply and only specialized Junk buyout and repair places that give you better price than Junk npc
Shops on this mir are sad abortion of shops. Why don't you go full way and abolish them altogether. Best shops were in pre 1.4 euro mir and it went downhill ever since and now it came to this abortion of shops.
