1. Change nothing, accept it as it currently works. Not really usefull even level 3.
2. Increase bounces to previous levels, without TDB effect and keep slower bounce to prevent any mob stuning. Will make the mp cost worth it again without any mob stuns.
3. Re-introduce TDB effect but keep bounces random amount, lower overall dmg but has some group utility. Could be too strong pvp with lucky bounce rolls.
4. Make toggle effect, so when turned on your shots create extra bounces to near by mobs based on skill level. Wont effect single target dmg, limit it to 1 hit per mob (you would need 6 mobs toget full effect level 3). Add mp cost any shots while this is active. Damage would need to be reduced and mp use rebalanced.
I would think option 2 would be the easiest fix, without upsetting too much. Option 4 is just a diffrent use to a currently redundent skill, not a short term solution.
