Changing The Name (What Files To Change The Name In)

You may need to send the following files .rar(ed) together in order for them to connect: Some may not know how to change the IPs.
Mir.ini
Mirsetup.ini
ftp.ini
Mir.exe

Include your IP in the Mir.ini / Mirsetup.ini
ServerIP=(Your IP Here)
ServerAddr=(Your IP Here)

They are something like the above, placing your name in the ftp.ini
ServerName=(Your Server Name Here)
ServerCaption=(Your Server Name Here)

If you have to send them patches they aint go, i suggest uploading them and getting a forum :).

[glow2=Red]Server Control - Fixes Name/IP[/glow2]
This is NeoPuma's but it might help.
Server Control:

Windows XP:
Start -> Run -> ' Cmd ' (Black Window) -> Ipconfig
This will show your IP. Or the server control can show you - Settings for setup.

Put this file in Mir200 folder and tell it the path.

And then send the person the altered files?

hey m8, go to Leo's site and download the server starter (if you haven't done so already). Extract to your mirserver folder and then run it. Click on settings, then click find my ip, then click save. By doing this you just changed every IP necessary (on the server end) to correctly run your server. Once you have done this, there are 3 files (on the client side) that you will have to change on the client. Mir.ini, ftp.ini, and mirsetup.ini. Just open them, and change the Ip's to the same IP that the server starter said was your IP and in the ftp.ini, just put your server name in those two fields. Then your ready to jam m8.

Good luck with the server
