Something wierd is happening can someone help?

upuntil this morning all drops were fine but now for some reason some items do not drop, i have checked the dropfiles and nothing has changed. also what eles is happening when i drop items from the bag they do not appear on the floor they dissapear

i dont think i have changed anything on the db as im only changing the monster db not the itemdb

anyone got any ideas please?

Your stditems.db MIGHT have gone corrupt, but you also might be in a safe zone or a pvp zone where you can't drop items.

I have same problem when items from bag are dropped on floor they vanish and same from mob drops .....

i have just changed my db for items and it still is not working so im a bit stumpped really

ok in setup!.txt theres a line called

ControlDropItem=

if its 1 then items like candles and specific items with a low required lvl will not drop same as stones belts etc, its a twat so disable it. It may be configurable however thts probs reason why when u drop items out of ur bag they vanish. Just try it trial and error

seems u have to go back to original databse (stditems) try backing up you present one and putting in the one that came with the files . see if that works
