He did not take it too far, he was just asking. If you don't answer people just asume the worst.

This is on topic because if the background is a rip it shouldn't be allowed in the comp.

To make it easy just post the background (with "SAMPLE" or "TAI" all over it) so everyone can see it is your own work.
