Soul Shield Bug ?

Soul shield at lvl 0 gives 3-3 mac and at lvl 1 it gives 3-3 mac surely when levelled up it should increase , the more sc you have increases the dura of the skill ?.

Just got lvl 2 soul shield and still gives mac 3-3.

Also blessed armour lvl 1 gives ac 3-3 which is same as lvl 0.

Is this the way these skills work on here ?.

The level of the skill doesn't increase the effect, it only effects the duration. Always been that way. Player level determines how much ac/amc it gives.
