Sound System [HELP!]

Basically, i want to build up a sound system in my room, i got my pc, tv, xbox, gamecube, n64 everything setup now, but the sounds all running through my TV speakers (ewwwwwwww), as for PC its running through my JBL ipod dock, which is spot on.

However.. i want a sub, and louder music, but quality too. I was looking at a 5.1 Home Cinema System, but then was told im limited on inputs etc, so to buy an Amp and separate speakers...

So , could anybody help?

Xbox
Tv
Pc

Amp Price - £200 max on amp? (is this fair price, no idea on speaker prices!)
Speakers - ????
Sub - ????

tbh i wouldn't say you need to spend that much on an amp. alot of people go over kill on specs.

How big is the room it's in?

If it's just in a bedroom that's not all that big, there's no need to go overkill on the sub/speakers as you're not going to get the full power out of them anyway.

I have no clue what i would need for a room my size, i just wouldnt mind something i can whack up loud for a party or something? As my neighbours have a system which goes loud, so i want something loud too =D (They cant complain, as we havnt!)

Maybe buy a cheap 4 track mixer and rig it all up to that.
