tbh as already said we deffinately dont want another alpha frozen epidemic with every lazy *** putting a server up for the sake of it and doing no work to it. and daneo seems to be the only decent person with enough experience to take on the files. you could release to others but on the same circumstances, other people with the same reliability that could make the files a success and personalised.

yes as im making a HR Server and TD's files arnt the best for High stat's etc. should be fun.

Yeah the DM2 SVN files are good but there are certain things that you will be missing such as the delay on TDB, MS, Blizz, Mass Psn can be coded in easy as I remember doing it.
Just the odd thing will be missed out. Nothing much to worry about.

i always thought it was a mistake putting a delay on TDB as it's the only goodish spell warrior's get, will have to put a delay on blizz and MS dunno about Mass PSN.

You will need to code blizz and MS firstly lol.
Mass Psn is in the SVN DM2 codes still. It just needs coding back in to work again but the way it works is still in there but it does both red and green poison. Also mass thunder should still have its codes in it lol.

i remember that curse did blue psn aswell not purple on these files....

PA/slow wasnt ingame either, or at least never worked properly

and the no delay on TDB makes it rly powerful... so if i was u, id either make wars dc very low or at least make TDB rly rare....

belive rage only adds max aswell, not base, and pro field dont work?

theres quite a few bugs with these files..... i know TD aint gr8 for high rate... but there are ways around them.. and in all honesty they are better than these 1s

i mean cmon look at oldskool, ppl have like 300-400 dc and mc and there isnt many problems there.
main problems on high rate are stuff like curse, FW, psn?
psn power can be adjusted... FW is still a problem, ud just have to make it rly weak.. and curse is dependant on base sc... so just dont put base sc on ne items like i have on oldskool, and no1 will be doin stupid 300 sec curses lol.
wouldnt be hard to do a super high rate and keep it good

yes i agree, if Wond dose let me use the file's i shall have alook and try to get them working, i was thinkin making TDB very rare as the spell inlogic pwn's
as we dont know if Wond and his team fixed many of bug's and added these spells and got them working ingame, hoping there isnt many bug's ingame. should be plain sailing. but whats the fun of that tbh :P
Curse is one of the biggest pain in the back side's :P which make Tao's very good char's but hitting 300sec Curse would be way to much for anyother char, which would lead the server tobe Taoist based and i hoping the server will not be all about one char.

Wait one minute daneo, I started these files and I've probably put more work into the files than what he did, no offense to him as he knows how much work and dedication I put into these files before I put them online, it was weeks of well though out and detailed creation. I know for some reason or other I probably won't receive these files and someone else will, but considering how much work I put into these I think I should at least be the first stop for him to ask? you've done nothing to them or anything to help for that matter; no matter how "nice" you seem.

I have experience of running server files and being a game master on a high rate server, namely this actual server itself. I put the trust in Connor in the first place to continue work on these files and as far as I know he did, he maybe just doesn't have time anymore, but if anybody can take these files even further, to the next level, it's going to be me or him since we already know a lot about them.

The server does have most spells working, and Curse has been removed but been replaced by other skills to even out the scores. There are very few large bugs in the server files from what I remember and overall the files are pretty much ready for release depending on what work Connor's started.

Connor, before you release these files could you please talk to me on MSN, I would really like these files back so I can continue working on them again, I believe I asked you for them back a few weeks or months ago and there was some sort of problem with it. Even if we were to work on the files together that would be great.

Side note: daneo, I don't need you to reply to this message saying how much you deserve the files over me. Whether other people realise it or not, I'm going to be able to do more with these files since I am the tertiary designer whereas you have no knowledge of these files to start with. On top of all this, I designed and created these files in the first place and that should put me on top of the deck anyway; nevertheless it's not my decision who they go to, it's Connors'. I'm sure he'll make the right choice anyway, after all I have enough trust in him considering I sent him the files to start with

lol, these are the SVN File's you may of edited them, but dosnt mean you will have a server up and running soon, so get your head out of your arse, and think who's able to bring a good, fun server online, and for saying ive been making server's since 2004, i know how todo alot of stuff, yes i admit that i dont know everything, but what makes you better then me.

The server was up before I gave the files to Connor, it was called Euphoria and it peaked a User Count of about 60-70 players, and this was when Mir was going through a rough period. I'm sure you'll remember me if you scan your memory KillMaster, you released HellzLoose about 1 week after the closure of Euphoria if I remember rightly.
