You can't ask if the specs are any good without saying what you want it for.

It could host anything; whether it would be fast or not is another question.

A lot more? You might want 2gb ram but 1gb runs fine as most servers run off that.

Also depends on user count you want.

exactly. if ur expecting a big server id say 2gb wasnt enough imo. not with new files which seem to chew up more ram.

but i suppose with mir2 server sizes, 2gb is probably fine.

but hey, im no expert.

I'd say 3GB, for a medeoka server.

Stop stating the obvious. You have had 180+ post in a couple of weeks?

Spammer.

On topic: I think 4gb ram could run a lineage 2 server which requires alot.

as i said 2gb ram would do it.

it takes a lot but not that much its roughly around 3gb, I have 1.5gb and I run l2 fine apart from the odd freeze but thats because my processor is crap but mir is different to l2.

LOMCN, duh
Add my accounts together = geeking.

SS stfu, the majority of my posts are in lom2 server adds, and are not spam. You accuse me of spam? Even though your thread in graphics section is bumped with 3 consecutive posts?

Now I'm a bit curios to wether or not you know what hyper threading is.

Or the fact that a P4 chip is only single core and not dual.

Your such a retard. Do you even know what your going on about?

Pentium 4 D = Dual core

http://www.tech-faq.com/hyper-threading.shtml]

when are you going to stop pretending you know what your going on about?

Really.

The P4 is built on single core technology and is not a Dual core chip, as where the Pentium D is.

But the Pentium D is not a single chip on dual technology, but 2 single core chips built on top of each other.

So if you want to call me an idiot, then at least get your information correct first.

Which by the way the Pentium D, is part of the 800 family, 820, 830 & 840 - Which are also not cheap...............

And anyone can look for the information on the net, its wether or not you knew that information before searching.

So thats another one for me Emmile, give up and go back to playing your games.
