does any1 know a programm tht can convert .spr to .bmp files
ive googled for it already, but everything i get is a 10 year old programm tht doesnt work for me...

no, since its an collection of multiple images, paint or windows viewer cant open it

Unless you use the original program that created the .SPR, your pretty much up the creek.

But try this.

It can help to find the best program to open them.

What's the origin of the file? The file is probably a sprite, but could be 2d/3d/different engine etc etc. Half life games use the .spr extension on models, is that what you've got? In which case you can download sprite viewers which will most probably convert.

It helps to know the context of the file though, then we can work from there.

thanks mapadale, and sawell, its 2d ive tried the 1 they use on half life, but tht aint working.
im doing this for the same purpose as using woool, theres a game called skyblade, tht got pretty nice mobs and items, but all images are packed into sprites...

as soon i got the images, ill release some nice mobs ere thnx to u guys

i was thinking it if can be a spreadsheet for images, if so any1 got a programm to open these?

EDIT: i heard i can use excell to open it, am downloading it now to see if its true
