i find tht spybot search and destroy is best for removing spyware aswell is adaware and i strongly suggest u download them g/l

I also recommend u use XoftSpy 3.45

This picks up things that spybot and ad aware dont

i use something called BPS and it works extremely well, it does cost, however i have a crack etc, so its good and free :P

All one needs is ZoneAlarm, SpyBot, A-squared and AVG and bang - you're impenetrable.
Or so I believe :mph:
Not too clued up on the whats good and whats not of software, if its free, spyware/adware free, and uses minimal resources, its okay with me.

You can never be too careful so heres what i have installed :P

- Zone Alarm Security Suite (Firewall and Anti Virus and Spam Filter)
- AVG 7 Pro
- Ad Aware SE 1.5
- Spybot Search and Destroy
- XoftSpy 3.45
- Registry Mechanic

And the only 1 i payed for was AVG LMFAO, if you need any help with cracks give me a shout

I recommend CCleaner as well. Clears alot of useless things, in only a few seconds, and saves countless minutes trying to get rid of history/cookies and so on.
