Might as well use this thread.

Well my service manager/sql has just stopped and it wont start back up again.

Is there any fixes for this?

I've restarted the computer several times but no luck. It just won't start up again.

Hard to tell without knowing what you were doing prior to the service startup breaking. I take it you've tried starting all the services from windows services too?

The most likely scenario is that you've corrupted your install due to erratic shutdowns/process conflicts, quickest solution may be just to backup the data and reinstall.
