Getting sick of SQL bugs now.

Everytime i try to add a new item in the database its not letting me.
Ive added around 30 items before it so i know theres nothing wrong with my DB or anything. This error just randomly appeared when i tried adding another item.
EDIT: For some reason, its just let me add pots + pot bundles, but its for some reason rejecting the bracelet im trying to add :S
