You using SQL 2000? If so it's because you're trying to restore an SQL 2005 database onto 2000.

any wqay of transforming them in a way so thy cn be backed up ?

No I don't think so >_<, You could probably restore the database into SQL 2005 then export the tables into a microsoft access file then re-import the tables into SQL 2000.
