trying to restore db..
and it says i have restored it .. so im like ok yeah
now im trying to make myself a GM on SQL server
but how lol? :S
am new to SQL so cud ya help?

right click on TBL_ADMIN

>> open table >> return all rows

then add your char name, if your head gm it should look like

10 yourname 127.0.0.1

10 = gm permission level

this can be done on a live server, once you have edited the sql, go to the m2server, click on control >>> reload >>> reload lists

re installing sql server now - but i didnt have that TBL_ADMIN.. i restored chardb.bak as guide said too.. aswell as forcing db restore, but it didnt work so I done it again, and again, still didnt work? Am i doing something wrong?

can also be added via m2server just click view and select lists , the admin list is readily available there in the box which says settings just add ur name and permission level and ip and press add then when name has been asdded to the list on the left press SAVE and you should automatically be added to the table in sql.
