sql2000 help with winx64

hey i got problem tryin to install sql 2000 to my comp runnin x64bit says
wen runnin auto run To install this application on a 64 bit Operating System, please use the steps below:
Browse to the SQL Server 2000 install point
To install SQL Server 2000:
Double click setupsql.exe located in the "x86\setup" sub-folder.
To install SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services:
Double click setup.exe located in the "msolap\install" sub-folder.
To install SQL Server 2000 English Query:
Double click setup.exe located in the "mseq\x86" sub-folder

tryd to do the other setup and it says

SQL Server 2000 sp3 and below is not supported by this version of Windows. Please apply sp4 after installation of SQL Server 2000

dnt rly know wat i need becoz wen i try to install it tells me that previous program installin pending file operations on installation machine restart b4 runnin setup so restart and get same msgs from it

that is a common error did you try google?

you have to edit the registry to get rid of the pending operation first before you try to run the setup again.

maybe 64bit os at the windows system folder to odbc path you must changed
