depends if u have editored, prevouis mobs/drop files if they are made easier/hadrer than u should reset. Also if there is an exp change u shud reset.

if its just more mobs/quest/etc which hasnt effected players then it is ok to go up without reset

You could make exp better/worse and you shouldnt reset. just tuff if exp is lowerd/drops harder isnt it rly.

Server should stay as it is imo. yes i am highish lvl, with good items, but i know people who havnt exactly got the best iems who would like no wipe.
