Start Fate Quest

Can someone please explain how you do this as I'm confuessed, I'm level 34, my mate is 35, we both spoke to the bw wep shop guy, we then both went to pk penal and spoke to that bloke there, he got given the next part of the quest go to PI, I didn't, now is this becoz he's 35? I was told I need to kill ppl, so I went and killed people, came back and still not giving me the book part, and my friend has never even gained a pk point from from lvl 0-35, I have... So what's the crack? Isit 35+ or bugged?

Im level 33 and im currently at the point where you go behind the waterfall. Pretty sure you can start it at lvl 28.

just a heads up u only need to kill the ro generals in the waterfall part of the quest, people assuming you need to kill all when its not the case hense them failing alot

yeah you have to pvp with someone and kill them... I killed someone who attacked me and was still brown (I didn't get any pk points) and the quest updated the next time i visited the npc in pk village

I'll try killing just the generals next time im on... didn't know they were the only ones I needed to kill I was trying to clear the cave (almost did it once but had a few left) thanks for the info

Iv given up on the clearance part, with dc48 I still carnt clear the room as a sin in 6mins, wasted near on 400k in pots now. I thought we had 8mins, it's now 6..
