Start in same place... how

how do i make characters when first made spawn in same place on same map EVERYTIME, cos when i do it sometimes they go to right place others they go to border village even tho i deleted it off startpoint.txt

Hmmm that shudnt happen just make sure you've got it deleted off the start point completely
