start level and females

i have searched but cannot see any thing,

how do i make female armours work in game? i have got the male armours working fine by adding +16 to the .wil numbers but cannot get the female ones to work?

also how do you make start level 40, thank you

2.6 files are the ones im using

to
TestLevel=40

as for the armours dunno whos files they are cuz all seems to be diff
