you could however make everyone spawn in a building, say its start.map.
in the mapinfo use the checkquest function CHECKQUEST(start)
create an NPC script for the MapQuest_def folder so that it checks the job of the char and teleports them to the desired warr, tao or wizard town.
So when the char goes to walk out the door, the quest system checks to see what job the char is and teleports them accordingly
Job done, no need for an NPC just a door.
