stat extractor

can some one explain just how to use a stat extractor plzs.Do any of the weapons have to be maxed ?Do you wear the weapon you are extracting from to the weapon in ya bag ?

You wear the weapon you want to extract the stats from then use the stat extractor. The weapon will be destroyed and the stats will be saved on the stat extractor item. Then you equip the weapon you want to put the stats on and use the stat extractor again. The weapon you are transferring the stats to has to be max level.
