going from experience this is to do with either your own connection or background apps on your pc/laptop. Disable Automatic updates (or id recommend changing the time for them to look) and also the antimalware that comes pre installed on windows now, changing the time on that also. also as mentioned try keep a monitor on you lines connection and also if possible, do a ping test to the server ip address, leave this running for around 1 min and see what the report of that says.
