Stuck at the connecting to server screen (no disconnection) just doesnt load.

I am using a mixure of a no-ip host address and my ip address (internal) for the settings and have managed to tweak the setings so that i can can this far (befre i was disconnecting at the run gate) but now it just hangs on connecting. no errors on any gates , but i am abit confused as to the no-ip config, have i chosen the right thing by choosing a host?. Just wondering about common problems which cause the login to stop here ?

anyone avaliable to remote to my pc using team viewer or such and im thoroughly stuck.

Run gate reads as 1/1 but other computer just sits there connecting.

Well, maybe your prob is the Regserver, please, post some screenshoots of the config of the game gates, login server and db server, maybe there's the error
Have you edited on !serverinfo.txt 127.0.0.1,127.0.0.1:7200 this?

We asked you for screenshoots mate :/
That kind of problems can be generated for anything, and if everything is 127.0.01, you maybe missed something, just try to check it another time, also check the server name and the client, the server name won't be the prob for this, but you know... it's better check everything to fix future probs

as I set the regserver using my internal ip for all, and no ip in which files should I put it exactly?

I don't know mate, I never used no-ip on Mir 3 servers
But I guess it will be on the external IP

i fixed this (internally by checking the names and ips) but online it wont wont at all. i have 127.0.0.1 everywhere except in tbl_selectips, tlb_pubips (for logingw) and in dbserverini where i have 127.0.0.1<externalip>:7200

is this right?

in reggate is internal ip (ports forwarded)

Don't put your internal IP on that, because if you want yur server only for you, just set everything to 127.0.0.1 at it will work!

it turns out on my router i had not forwarded the char run gate (port 7200) on the computers static ip. also for the reg gate , for me this only works with an internal ip (192.168.1.xxx) with those ports forwarded , i have used NO-IP purely for connecting to the server (e.g only input it on the listmake.exe) as i dont think it works in config files anymore. (used to but now nope)

And try with everything on 127.0.0.1 or everything with your internal IP if the 127.0.0.1 doesn't works
