Is the muscle enhancer designed for a high protien high carbohydrate Diet? or a high fat diet?
You do realise that muscle enchancers are usually concentrated protein and fat sources that will do absolutely **** all for you unless your on an awesome excercise regime?
Note: an awesome excercise routine doesnt mean "I CAN DO 4000 PUSHUPS LAOL" rofessional Bodybuilders will do 6 around 6 repetitions of the heaviest wieght they can manage, and it normally takes 6 weeks for them to recover enough to repeat the excercise with the same muscles again. They work out a few sets of muscles in a day.
