Last night i was playin daspang or what ever its called dam they have made so many new places makes other mir server look so old

anyways i have got my hands on the server files and the client they are useing but i cant seem to get them working... if someone like milo etc could take a look at the server files for me and see if they can get them workin would be great for me but i dont want the files to go to other peeps just yet same goes for the client as it uses the latest cheats

let us know if i cant the server files working il just have to rip what i need from the client and use

iv had them map tiles for a very long time, around 50 Z00 to Z72 maps. Are the feeding from tiles.wil?

I do not like them.. Why? Reason being is that, these new tiles simply are not MIR.. they are taken from another game , unlike mir3 which is mir based.. these tiles do not fit the environment of mir.. plus, with the progress of diamond mir2 and so forth, it just doesnt sit very well IMO.. but of course, my own opinion is my opinion.

like i said if i cant get the server files workin all iam left with is new magic effects on skills/npcs/items of of corse the 30+ new maps

but i want the server files working really but iam happy erther way

i kinda agree mental, mir3 tiles are very easy to rip into mir2 tho. The more content available to mir2 the better. Its what seperates your stereotypical box stard euro clone from the lame attempts to make something gd that has a average user count of 10. Its good theres some variety

lifco: i mis understood your first post but why do you want to run this super korea server thats 100% korean language when you got a practicly fully working version of mir and its even open source? I just cant see the point but thats me

its very like mir mental, infact even the new npcs its mir... mir but in 2007

we need new and better servers to keep mir alive, is that not why we do updates ?

its the new skills i want and really need blood mate, haveing the best and coolest maps/items etc is ok but i want the skills .. call me gready but if they have them why not us english

dm2 is open source. i dont think ppl understand what it means.

if theres new skills in those files, just code them yourself in dm2, and use the new maps/npcs etc.

its completely stupid to use a closed source, untranslated, and underfeatured game, just because you cant be bothered to code in the spells yourself.

opensource is the way forward, and imo your stupid if you dont think the same.

1. it uses whatever format you ask it to.

2. the server files arnt bugged at all, its just the new features being implemented that have a few bugs.
