but they will start wars, half the countried will jsut blow each other to ****, some are still wasting money on weapons research. Then what happens is Kenya Blows the **** out of Somalia, Ethiopia spends 6 billion on a plan to digs its self up, float across the sae and attach itself to the UK in an attempt to pass itself of as wales.
The rest of africa dies of SARS, Smallpox, nuclear fallout and extreme povery.

Personally i think they should wipe *some debt* and see what happens, the countries that waste their money should quite frankly be invaded their goverments ****ed, and countries like the UK, US and Other G8 nations should take control of the country and fix them up.

Im not a wizard on this subject but as far as i can tell..
some countries need our help!
so imo We should help no matter what, even if its such long shot to completley wipe the dept, at least we can say we tried and keep trying...
