Not sure who it is that's in charge of the chronicles Facebook page but I've been waiting on a reply for a couple of days.
I recently tried to log onto my warrior as my younger brother wants to come back and play to find the email for the account has been changed...
The fella running around on the account is someone who is claiming to have paid money for the account, which I can assure you never happened.
How can an email be changed without notifying the original owner of the account? surely there are measures in place to confirm that the transaction has taken place and the original owner agrees to an email change prior to it happening... ?
I have all emails regarding password changes and account creation for the account leading up to December 17th.
I would appreciate if I could have this resolved asap. The warrior on the account is level 46. We did not put in all the effort of leveling it up to lose the account to a liar...

In relation to the account, as has been stated on the facebook page, this is an account share issue and we do not get involved in account shares.
Thee are a number of different people claiming to own the account you are claiming is yours, not one person has been able to match any of the details that are linked to the account.
I am the only person who deals with stuff like this and I do not change email address that are on accounts.
As had been said, as this is an account share there is nothing we can do in relation to it, stuff like this is the reason we ask players not to give their details to others, it leads to issues like this.

The last email regarding a password change was on the 12th of December.
The email used for account creation was: *removed*
User ID is : *removed*
Yet when i try to re-send the password to my email it says email incorrect for that account

This is no longer a case of "account sharing" as you have said. It's a case of the email is no longer working for the original owner... I feel this is something that should be looked into?

I work away in the middle of the desert here in Australia so have zero phone reception. You can understand why I'm only contacting you recently about this after getting home from work and receiving these emails.
There are a huge amount of people in game can confirm my identity and ownership of Swampduck on this account.
I understand there must be alot of private messages to you regarding this server but would appreciate a resolve to this asap.
I also have 2 other accounts which are akin to the above username on this account... (I highly doubt someone else having the same combination of numbers/letters as me for those ID's)

You are not the only person who is claiming to own this account
2 other people have also requested the email to be changed and they also say they are the true owners of the account
This is an account share issue and we will not be dealing with it as per server rules
I suggest you get in contact with your "friends" that have the account details and sort it with them

The emails date back pretty recently (December 12th). have you not looked into the the previous PM where I attached a snippet from my mails i received.
I can forward you the exact emails to an address of your choice if you would like the proof from my email account.
I have asked what details you need for proof of ownership and you're failing to give me an answer.
Surely having 3 accounts with the same account name would suffice for evidence that this is actually my account.
The only reason I am here is regarding the actual EMAIL address of this account. IT HAS BEEN changed. I can no longer resend/nor change my password of that account to STOP these 'friends' as you call them.
You can understand the frustration of myself, to find a lvl 46 warrior which has had time spent being leveled gets a mysterious email change and we can no longer log on to it.
All i ask if that you check the email address linked to the account currently... If it is different, please explain to me how I have received emails for this account up until December 12th 2014 and then nothing... This has been changed withing the last 3-4 weeks,
It's also pretty well known across the forums/ingame that my brother was on Swampduck. We both live together in Australia.
This can also be backed up by you partner Samuel... Myself and Sam have talked on here before. Sam had a spurt of bannings originally and I allowed my brother to use my Warrior on an alt account. This should also be common knowledge to Samuel as there were alot of accusations towards Swampduck following his original banning on avatar.
If you two could just exchange a quick message regarding this to know that I am the original owner I'm sure he would remember.

Lol! There has been no such transaction to ever take place... i think you know this, my persistence for a resolve in this matter would have died a long time ago if this was the actual case.
I thought GM's do not get involved with account sales anyway? (you already stated before this PM that you do not get involved or change email address for accounts, this makes you a liar, yes?)
After almost 2 months of investigation you find out now that there is some sort of forged paypal receipt?
For a team that promotes their 'proffesionalism' (if you could call it that), this is very shoddily ran.
This excuse is poor to say the least.
I've provided adequate information for proof of ownership. Can I see this receipt at all? My name is *removed*, I highly doubt that this is the name on that receipt.
All of this has been one long run-around from the start... My initial PM that stated that i had information that Sams RL friend had access to this is starting to become all the more clearer when I get given an excuse such as this.
This also become even more clear when I PM'd Sam regarding this and got zero response.
You obviously didn't change this email as you said so yourself. So this leaves only Sam? Who doesn't change emails or deals with accounts as this is your job within the team?
