Sync Prob in Game !!! Gives Commands?

Hi,

Have a little problem with a test server (loakeler Network).
I try @ sync command inserted, but find no reference to files.
Therefore, when making errors, there is no chance to do something, so I like to würd @ sync or similar insert.
Did the Stres3G show but found nothing.
About help I would be very grateful.

fala if u open ur server u must go on holey and there on the 1 button from 4 and under it on the first button from 3 there u see small boxes on the right corner 2 parts with only one posibility to change out and on down right the corner i have no idea the part before him is for sync command make the arrow and change the chinese text to what u want as command

fala wenn du den server startest geh auf holey da haste 1 knopf dadurnter sind 3 davon wieder den ersten knopf dann siehst du onten rechts in der ecke zwei felder nebeneinander wo du je nur ein hacken setzen kannst. des erste feld is für sync einfach hacken rein und den befehl eingeben den du möchtest
des zweite feld leider keine ahnung

the prob is if u dont find the line in the cd.ini u must make it everytime u start the server new
