Cap the level, means less chance your curse will work, therefore demand the tao to have some sort of skill, to manage to curse a player to give them the advantage.
Rather than run, curse, poison, pets, amulet - Tao wins.
Tao pets will be decreased too, as they are far too over powerwed. There meant to be a little help, not kill a boss/player for you.
i have started minimal work on the server. I am currently sorting the EXp out, so the quest areas have more EXP, and make it more worthwhile levelling there. i am slightly decreasing the lower level mobs DC/HP to make it easier for the lower levels to get into.
