As players may/will have noticed the computer and line cannot handle the amount of people we have on the server at one time, and I can say me and Tofas when making the server never anitcipated the amount we have on at one time, sometimes in the 20s on a beta test.
And also thanks to all the players for putting up with the lag and I hope you enjoyed the server. I say enjoyed as I sadly announce I am going to speak with Tofas and if he agrees we will have to shut down the server until we update the server computer and line.
The fact is the computer cant handle that amount of players we have as we only thought 5-10 players would play at one time (and now its not handling that) And as I said before I hope you enjoyed yourselves on the server and had a good time over the short period it was up, but me and Tofas if we take it down will keep on working on the server until we have updated the line and computer until we have a complete range of items, levels, mobs, maps etc.. to cope upto level 255 also we will put in some of the other features we have been working on eg housing.
When/if we do re-release it will then beable to cope with more players.

It aint that it is just that the Host come's on and makes server lag Because he is on Host PC and wit all the outer ppl Connecting through his IP makes it lag even More The best bet is to Get a Host with 2 P.C'S

it aint that at all mate, most of the time he wasnt on his own computer, he was using a mates across the road, the problem was that he was timing out and way 2 many ppl were connecting that he could cope with, he has a pretty ****e comp and he's on standard broadband, i told him it wouldn't work out
but wud he listen, no!

he is getting the new connection soon, but wont be getting a new computer until around crimbo cos ma dad is building it for him!

Ok me, tofas, doomlord and the rest of the server team are working on the server soon as as Dark say i'm getting a new one around chistmas if not before.
I am sorting ont he new connection now and Syndicate server will return

Thanx for the support guys, i am sorry the servers gone down, couldnt do nothin bout it the hosts comp just cant handle it, id run of my laptop but laptops dont do too well with servers, (well thats what i think) ,anyway hopefully around crimbo like they said the server will be up and working doing its best to keep players happy, so yea ill get back to u on this around crimbo

How do you loose levels due to a lag out?

Also as for replacing items and gold do they replace it for every single player? Based on what proof do they give stuff back? There are alot of factors to think about when returning items, you cannot trust what the player says as most of the time they will exagerate.

no katlin lost a lvl i was there and saw it =/ and i think that u should give us bout 5 mins warning and i think i have a host 2 host server till the other host is ok u want pm me on here =)

thats because she isnt loosing them, if u loose an item it shud be actually found within the last 5mins b4 reboot.

Eg 3mins before lag out thing- Woot i found the best item, after the lag out it wuyd be gone, but katlin has had her items for ages, and its impossible to loose them unless the Gm forced a rewind (which didnt happen).

i cud agree with u there, as proper proof shud be found before dishing out items, and knowing katlin the GM shud know better, shes 19 (apparently) and shes got the mind of a 9 year old! i want this i want that etc

You moan about owt. Last few servers ive had a play on and you always say 'gm's are corrupt' etc. and dont think any1 will take any notice tbh.
