Tamming bug in 1.9

Loads of people have complained ingame about tamming pets which is almost impossible to do. Wizzards can spend up to 1 hour tamming pets just to died and loose them.

I'm not sure if its M2server.exe or !Setup related, heres is how its set in my !Setup

MagTammingLevel=50
MagTammingTargetLevel=10
MagTammingTargetHPRate=100
MagTammingCount=5

And i'm using the 10th sept exe Milo posted.

any ideas? thanks

Not sure what is default for MagTammingTargetHPRate but I know the higher the HP of the mob the harder it is to tame
