Tao or Archer Debuff Spell

Would like to see taos or archers equipped with a single target debuff skill.
Probably better on a tao, would be nice to give them something else to juggle =)

Cripple? - Reduces all added stats to zero for X/seconds or until recast.

Such as -
Assassin hit by Cripple - Negates Haste, Light Body and Swift Feet + any Tao buffs until recast or timer runs out.
Warrior hit by Cripple - Negates Rage, Pro Field + any Tao buffs until recast/timer runs out.
Taoist hit by Cripple - Negates all Tao Buffs including ES.
Wizard hit by Cripple - Negates MagicBooster + Tao Buffs until recast/timer runs out.
Archer hit by Cripple - Negates RapidFire, MPRegen, Deathly Aim + any tao buffs until recast or timer runs out.

Nice idea, I see what your trying to do, my only concern is - how would you then counteract the counteract spell to keep everyone happy?

It would have a large cooldown so you would pick your targets wisely.
With it not doing damage i dont believe an avoid or counter is needed.
If it is needed maybe allow it to only work on lower levels?
