Taoist related questions.

Pretty new to the tao class and have some questions if anyone would be so kind.

Does healing stack? If I had 2 taos healing me, would I gain double the amount per tick? Or just double the amount of overall hp regain?

Does poisen stack? If 2 taos green poisoned something, would it still only be poisoned once?

Does SC increase poisen effect or effect time?

What does holy do?

Does luck effect my sc or dc, or both?

Mass heal does not stack, one should mass heal and one single.

Poison does not stack.

SC affects both poison damage and time.

Holy increases damage vs the undead I believe.

Luck affects soul fireball and poisoncloud.

What he said. Any time your damage is calculated (bar poison) luck is used as a kind of offset for this. So the higher luck you have, the higher the chance of you hitting max dmg. So this will effect both your pisonvcloud, SFB, and if your stupid enough to hti anythign with your sword after you get SFB :P

I havnt played a Tao on this server but in euro it was viable to have a dc/sc mix and to melee stuff to death, I take it the mechanics of a tao dont cater for that here?

No tao I know mixed. Either you went mostly dc with pets with puri swords power axes g axes some liked ssw for the dc until got a HS. Solo tao is about the boringest thing, group up then hunt buddies will want max UE so u need sc. Until you get to a really high level then you can solo tao any way you like.

I can safely say, unless you DC kit up (in which case, all your spells are near useless and have to be recast every 5 seconds), tehn your DPS is a lot LOT worse than pure SFBing. If you want to DC, then go war sin - doing it with a tao just leads to frustration and angst. DC is very, VERY much a secondry stat for the tao right now. Even with a HS and some good DC/SC gear - DCig a mob outputs a lot less dmg than pure SFB.
