A COMPLETE FRESH START

Taral Season 8 is a full reset: new accounts, new characters, a new economy and fresh rankings. Everyone begins at Level 1 with 0 Gold.

Previous account details do not carry over. Create a fresh Season 8 account and use a unique username and password.

Taral remains the high-rate, competitive PvP realm - but Season 8 is much more than another race through familiar content.

A 1,150-QUEST NARRATIVE EXPANSION

The world now carries a much larger connected journey: 190 Story quests, 130 optional Regional Chronicles, regional and character adventures, dungeon expeditions, fishing and mining ledgers, Triple Triad circuits and world mysteries.

The main route pushes through the provinces, Nagaria and toward the Abyss. Optional chronicles and activity arcs give explorers, collectors and completionists reasons to leave the fastest levelling route.



EIGHT CLASSES FROM DAY ONE

Warrior - frontline bruiser and defender
Wizard - elemental caster and battlefield controller
Taoist - spirit support, summons and adaptable magic
Assassin - fast combo pressure and execution
Summoner - holy support, control and companion mastery
Druid - transformations, nature magic and form-weaving
Blade Dancer - mobile shadow combat and summoned armies
Archer - tactical marksman with ammo, traps and astral tools

Choose an old favourite or build around one of Xtreme’s custom class systems. All eight have progression, skills and item support through the season.



POWER IS EARNED. NEVER BOUGHT.

There is no paid game shop. Taral sells no gear, exclusive combat stats, drop advantages, level skips or higher power ceiling.

Patreon support keeps the realm running and is limited to comfort, community and cosmetic benefits. It cannot buy combat power.

Most notable patches for those who want a TLDR version: Here's a small preview of the last few month's patches - there are plenty more!
All the latest Korean skills were added for all classes, and additional custom skills were added for all classes there are now over 310 skills across all classes!, including summoner, summoner class now has the pilgrimage quest line and associated arcane summons plus new pet battle management skills, reworked Shrines and Treasure Panda systems, New and improved loot systems with smarter drop logic around class-based items, New bloodline system from level 1 allowing custom stat distribution per level so you can build your character your way. Soul evolution-based level caps (current cap is level 350) New reworked fishing minigame (bigger and more entertaining) + fishing quests. New item and weapon abilities (skills embedded into items, usable when equipped). Storage expansion, Heroic instances overhauled now scale in difficulty much better and drop items relevant to that difficulty. Added a 'Looking for Group' system directly into the group window.

Taral Season 2 Pre-Launch testing will start today once the patcher is finished uploading and will run until 29th May 2024.

Today we launched our preview patch which along with a shed load of regular content updates also includes our base Druid class integration.
I will be editing the first post with updated details as soon as I can, but for now, please be aware you will need to download and install our new all-in-one client to play any of our servers going forward.

There are a few weeks left until the end of the current season, then Taral will be wiped and restarted for the new season.

We are moving Taral to be a high-rate competitive server, for those looking for a slower more chilled out experience I would advise looking at PhoenixXE instead.

Six Classes
We're thrilled to announce major updates for all 6 classes: Warrior, Wizard, Taoist, Assassin, Summoner and Druid. Discover new skills, revamped abilities, and more engaging gameplay:

1. Warrior: Now focused on tanking and paired with a new Aggro mechanic. Choose between tank or DPS roles based on your playstyle.
2. Wizard: Elemental skills now have a chance to inflict status effects, such as Burn for fire skills. The Taming system has been overhauled for a better experience.
3. Taoist: Skills now offer extra effects when using manarite stones. Summons level and evolve based on the player's level and stats.
4. Assassin: A DC-based class with revamped skills that reward bonus damage for completing combo cycles.
5. Summoner: Our new SC and Holy-based class offers original skills, and strong support capabilities with heals, group heals, buffs, debuffs, and numerous pets.
6. Druid: Our new MC-based class offers all new original skills and transformations! Has multiple playstyles including melee, tank and affliction styles to explore.

Seasonal Stats and Rewards System: Track your character's stats and receive custom rewards with over 500 quests and milestones to achieve!
Increased level cap and matching content (level cap 350, with updated items roughly every 8 levels for all classes and item types)
Bloodline System: Replacing Base Stats, Hermit and Rebirth System
Updated Instance Dungeons and Looking for Group Systems
Dimensional storage upgrades for character inventory allow up to an additional 65 slots in the character inventory
Storage Tabs: Expanded item collection.
Expanded Group Settings: Set the groups looting options and preferences and increase UI visuals
Partial Controller Support: Still currently requires a small amount of setup using mouse/keyboard for skills and belt, but general gameplay, including combat and utility features, are now fully integrated for all 6 classes. Full UI controller support is coming soon.
QoL Additions: Item UI Rarity Colours and Class Icons
Increased companion level and overhauled bonuses
