Target is too far

I have logged in on my archer today to find I cant use electric shot any further than 1 step away. Has been fine up to now, any ideas? This is on various maps too :@:

imo archers are too op anyway, keep this as it is, this isn't gamebreaking or anything so no point ''fixing'' it, this is more of a balance than anything else
